Here's something I implemented in the Chronicles section that might interest you: You can start writing a message, abandon it halfway, close the App, and return to find your text later. To test this: go to the Chronicles section and start writing, swipe away from the tab or close the App. Then reopen the App and go back to click on 'Write' in the Chronicles section. You should find your text just the way you left it. Test this and let me know in the comments if it worked for you.
