Have you ever wondered why some people who live a very ungodly life seem to be prospering, or doing better than those who serve God wholeheartedly? Believe me, I’ve been in your shoes. I know how that feels! I also know how tempting it can become, if a child of God allows such thoughts to fester in their minds. _”Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart. But as for me, my feet had almost slipped; I had nearly lost my foothold. For I envied the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.”_ - *Psalm 73:1-3 NIV* Here’s the truth, _short and simple:_ *you are of God, they are of the devil.* It’s two different kingdoms apart. You cannot start living the same kind of life they’re living. You cannot afford such compromise. Has God ever showed up for me before when all hope was lost? Yes! Is God faithful? *Yes again!* God is enough and will always be. You cannot afford to lose God just to gain what the ungodly has. If you’ve been walking faithfully with God, here’s your reminder to not give up too soon due to the circumstances surrounding you. God is a rewarder of faithfulness. Stay with Him. Be contented in Jesus! He has surprises for you!
