I used to think flying in dreams was witchcraft. Before I got saved, I naturally took interest in dreams. So whenever I googled dreams meaning, I would occasionally stumble on the meaning of flying in dreams — and the narrative was always that *if you found yourself flying in dreams, it means you've been initiated into the witchcraft coven* 🤣. Scary stuff, I'd say🤔. Such a stereotype! Before then, I couldn't even fly in dreams. So I was grateful I wasn’t part of the witchcraft thingy. Ignorance is bliss. I was always very weak in dreams, I could barely run if I came under attack or got chased. Not until I got saved and received the Holy Spirit. I immediately gained strange and new spiritual abilities in my dreams. I could literally do exploits in dreams. I maneuvered the dream world like it was all in the palm of my hands. Then I started flying in dreams! Argh!! But guess what! I didn't even have to ask God if I was doing anything wrong. There was this inner knowing that I needed this ability. One particular night, I had just finished praying hot 🔥 warfare prayers against witchcraft attacks and went back to bed. Then I had a dream. Two men approached me in the veranda, they seemed friendly at first. One stretched out his hand for a handshake, immediately I stretched mine out to shake him, he held my hand tight and with his other hand, brought out handcuffs from his pockets to arrest me. Within one second, I shook off his hand and launched off vertically like a rocket 🚀 into the sky! 😂 Wow! But flying in dreams is witchcraft?! Well, I discovered more capabilities as I grew spiritually. I could levitate in my dreams. I could decide I wasn't going to use the ground. I'd move around suspended in the air, like 6 feets about the ground. With a single thought, I could leave a location and reappear in another location. When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, the impossible becomes possible for you in the spiritual realm.
