Objection #2 "How can God die?" Responses: 1. Start with the Misdefinition When you say, 'How can God die?" you're assuming a definition of death the Bible never teaches. Death is NOT nonexistence. Death is separation. The eternal God does not stop being God. The Son took on a human nature so He could experience human death without ever ceasing to be who He is. 2. Expose the Category Error The real question is this: Is God powerful enough to enter His own creation? If He can't, your god is too small. If He can, the objection collapses instantly. Nb: Reinforce what Christians believe (God became man without ceasing to be God. The divine nature didn't die, the human nature did. Aka RESCUE MISSION) 3. Hit the Logic Hard "If God cannot become man, He is not almighty. If God cannot enter humanity, He cannot save humanity. If God cannot take death, He cannot conquer death." "You don't weaken God by saying He took on flesh. You weaken Him by saying He couldn't ". "If you're god (Allah or any other) is too limited to enter creation, that's not the God of Abraham."
