EXERCISE: Buy a bag of potatoes. On each potato put the name of someone you dislike or hold unforgiveness/anger/hatred towards. Carry that bag of potatoes everywhere you go. You cannot put it down no matter what. If you are in the shower you must carry it, if you are at the supermarket, you must carry it. It must be on your shoulder at all times no matter how ridiculous or embarrassing you might feel. It is your duty to carry it and make sure it is with you. WAIT! WHAT? That's stupid? Huh? So why are you carrying that person in your heart? Give him/her over to JESUS, otherwise keep your bag of potatoes ...I'll say this though, choose to give it to JESUS otherwise you're a slave to your own unforgiveness. GOD did not make provision for you to be bound by slavery, HE made provision for you to be free and walk in HIM.
